Florence Lehr and Leslie Graham founded OrganizationWorks as an antidote to the frantic pace at which those in the Washington DC area live. For more than a decade, Florence and Leslie were business colleagues at a large international consulting firm. After traveling the world, providing management consulting and information technology services, both felt a need to provide a means for people to gain control over their lives and create the space for personal connections and satisfying contributions. From this belief, OrganizationWorks was born.
